Welcome to Virtual Church

Kenton Baptist Church

Sunday 12th September

Please note that there will be no Virtual Church after September 26th.

Our live-stream service will be on our Facebook page and available throughout the week.

Please see details at the end of this page.

The Bible tells us that God is all-powerful and all-knowing - He created us, loves us, wants the best for us and knows the way we should take - that's why we can trust Him to lead us in any situation.  Today we will find out more about walking with Him.

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. He is exalted over all. This is our God - the One who comes to seek and save the lost from every tongue, tribe and nation  - the One true God - the One who comes to call us out of darkness and into light.

So Lord, we look to You - May we come into the glory of Your presence this morning as we set this time aside and dedicate it to You. We ask for a mighty anointing of Your Holy Spirit and truly know that You are God. We lift up Your name to declare Your greatness, Your love and Your faithfulness - Every praise is to our God!

Father, as we continue in worship, thank You that we can come right into your presence, cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus. We come before You now to give You more of ourselves, to surrender to You and to affirm Your Lordship over our lives.

We come to worship the name of Jesus - the name above all names - the One who is worthy of all honour, all glory, all power and all praise. Lord, fill us with Your Spirit and hear the cry of our hearts to know You more. Amen

Agnus Dei

Thank You Lord that You speak through Your Word to teach, encourage, correct us and build us up - You know where we stand before You right now - nothing is hidden from You!

Speak to us through Your Word, right into the depths of our hearts: may we hear and respond in be obedience. May each one of us have a fresh God encounter and be challenged to move out of our comfort zones into new walks of faith with You.

We wait in expectation to be touched, challenged and changed by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Amen.
