Welcome!

June  2020

Like many Christians we long to reopen our premises and get back to holding regular worship services. However, at present our services will remain online,

(so we will not be re-opening the building on 5th July).

We are looking at active and sensible ways to re-open when we are confident that all stringent precautions can and have been taken to keep KBC a Covid-19 safe place for everyone in which to worship together.

For now let us continue to encourage one another, even as we are doing (1 Thessalonians 5:11) and look forward to reopening our services later in the year.

You are invited to have bread and wine ready for the Communion Service on June 21st

Welcome to Kenton Baptist Church!
KBC is a safe place to explore your faith and discover God’s love. We are a group of Bible believing Christians who meet together to worship God and serve our community. Jesus Christ has shown us how much God loves us -
Our desire is to know God more and to help everyone discover how amazing He is!

We may be in lockdown, but God is ultimately in control...we may be scattered, but we are united in the Spirit. United in our hunger for more of God and in our desire to see God move mightily in our land. United to praise the name of JESUS, the name above all names! United in our desire to be built into a people who bring glory to His name.

If you have any questions about the Christian Faith or knowing God more, please contact us:

Due to current Government advice, all regular services, meetings and organisations are suspended for the time being. For the time being, we have a 'Virtual Church' page for our Sunday services, which is updated weekly. (See link at the top of the page.)

God loves you!

God loves us all equally - nothing we do causes Him to love us any more or any less. It's how we respond to His love that can change our lives and bring us peace.

'For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.'

John 3.16

All we have to do is to believe this truth and trust in Jesus to forgive our sins, cleanse us and give us a new start.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3.16    The Bible
