Welcome!

September 2019

Welcome to Kenton Baptist Church

Please note: there is no evening service on 29th September.

Jesus said: "Who do YOU say I am?"

When Jesus was on the earth, He made many statements including

"I am the bread of life",

"I am the Light of the world" and

"I am the Way, the Truth and the Life",

but He also asked those around Him

"Who do YOU say I am?"

What would your answer be?

It's a challenge...is He just a prophet?

A great teacher? A revolutionary or a rebel? Delusional?

If you've not yet made your mind up, contact us and ask for some free literature so that you can read about Jesus for yourself, or come to one of our Home Fellowship Groups where you can ask questions in a relaxed atmosphere.

The answer recorded in the Bible is

"You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God."

Matthew 16 v 16

We are a people who have been changed!
God looks at our hearts -

and He never gives up on us!
His plan is to give us a new heart and a new spirit, to complete our lives,
change us from the inside out and give us strength to live

day by day.
All this was accomplished for us by Jesus’ life, death and resurrection.

KBC is a safe place to explore your faith and discover God’s love. We are a group of Bible believing Christians who meet together to worship God and serve our community. Jesus Christ has shown us how much God loves us -
Our desire is to know God more and to help everyone discover how amazing He is!
We meet together on Sundays to worship Jesus, receive teaching from the Bible and
to enjoy God - everybody is welcome.
Just come as you are!
There's plenty going on throughout the week to get involved with and you'll find out more in the links at the top.
Our main meetings are on
Sundays at 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
Come and join us, we'd love to say hello.
This is the truth about Jesus declared in the Bible. We can find peace with God only through Jesus.
If you declare with your mouth,
“Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved."
Romans 10 v 9 - The Bible
Only in His name can we experience life, hope, forgiveness and freedom.
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved."  Acts 4 v 12 The Bible
