About Us

WHO ARE WE?

We are pleased to welcome you to the life of this Church. We are a group of individuals of various ages and various experiences of life.  We all, however, have in common the fact that we have discovered that God loves us and a belief that He wants us to serve Him together in this area. 

 We believe that God has revealed His love for people by sending Jesus Christ, His Son, to show us God’s love and bring us hope, forgiveness and new life.  We believe the Bible to be uniquely inspired by God and seek to make it our basis of faith and life. 

 We work together with other Churches in our local area, and we are linked to the London Baptist Association and the Evangelical Alliance.

 We welcome people from all backgrounds to worship with us.  We want in all we do to bring glory to God and to let people know how much God loves them.     

WHAT DO WE DO?

 We meet for worship on Sundays at 10.30am and 6.30pm.  Usually, on the first Sunday evening and the third Sunday morning of each month we celebrate communion, when we remember and give thanks for Jesus’ death for us. 

On most Sunday mornings, the children worship with us for the first 20-25 minutes before going to various rooms for their own activities.  There is a crèche for babies and small children 0-3 yrs and separate activities for children

3-5 yrs, 5-8 yrs, 8-11 yrs, 11-14 yrs. 

 We meet for friendship, encouragement, and prayer and teaching in various groups throughout the week.

 We have activities for children, teenagers, toddlers and senior adults throughout the week.
